Processing time

Orders ship within 2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). During and right after a drop, processing can take up to 5 business days. You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships.

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days in transit, calculated at checkout
• USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days in transit, calculated at checkout
• Free shipping: not offered right now

U.S. addresses only, including APO/FPO/DPO. P.O. boxes are OK.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. If you spot a mistake, email info@vojtechfishlab.com right away. We’ll fix it if the order hasn’t shipped.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

If tracking says delivered but you can’t find the package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll help file a carrier claim. If your order arrives damaged, email photos within 7 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement if stock allows, or a refund.

Returns

Because drops are limited runs:

• Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• Opened or used soft plastics can’t be returned for quality reasons.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.
• Sold-out colorways can’t be exchanged for the same color.
• To start a return, email info@vojtechfishlab.com with your order number. Please don’t ship anything back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping isn’t refundable.

Wrong item or defects

Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll cover the fix: a replacement if stock allows, or a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they ship by emailing us. Once an order ships, it can’t be canceled.
